Every fee we charge, in one place. If it is not listed here, we don't charge it.
How we charge
Two things: a transfer fee and our exchange rate- Transfer fee. Depends on where you send, how much and how it is received. It is shown in your quote, with any tax on the fee.
- Exchange rate. Our rate includes a margin over the market rate. The rate in your quote is the rate you get: it is held for 15 minutes.
- Nothing hidden. The amount your recipient gets is shown before you pay. Some receiving banks or wallets may charge their own fees; we tell you when we know of one.
- Cancellations and refunds. If you cancel before the money is paid out, or a transfer cannot be paid out, you get back what you paid.
